The oil mill dates back to the early 17th century. Today they still press the olives picked traditionally from mid-november till mid-january the old fashioned way. Olive oil is an important part of mediterranean "diets", very healthy, its different aromas and flavors enhance
the provençal gastronomy. Visits and oil tastings Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30AM from June 1st until September 30th.
